I believe that there is no such thing as the perfect type of exercise which is why I have trained in a wide variety of styles. The best exercise for any person is the one that works for them, that they enjoy doing and that won't cause them injury. Everyone is an individual and rules and assumptions made for the general public don't always apply. Exercise should be an enjoyable process that lets a person live their live to the fullest.
