I have been Personal Training over the past 12 years and of those years I have been in the Corporate Fitness industry for over 11 years. Currently, I am a Fitness Manager, assisting with the management of a Corporate Fitness site with over 150 members. Corporate Fitness has allowed me to assist thousands of people achieve healthy living through personal training, group exercise, and national health programming. In addition, I personal train clients of all ages focusing on Functional/Movement based Training, Weight Loss/Toning, Sports Conditioning, and General Fitness. Personal Training has been my passion since the beginning of my schooling and as I continue to grow as a personal trainer, my passion and love as a trainer grows. It has been a great experience on IDEA Fitness, not only giving me the opportunity to connect with potential clients, but to connect with my colleagues in the fitness world.

    I have been working with Louis for 3 1/2 years. My initial goal was to be able to climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa during our anniversary trip to Italy without getting winded. Weight loss was also a goal but being healthy (while still having fun!) was most important. Louis has not only succeeded in helping me to become more healthy, but I've also lost weight, become stronger and more energetic. My husband is now also working out with Louis weekly. The best part about working out with Louis is that he meets you where you are. At my age, I'll probably never run a marathon or play football, but I'm healthier than I have ever been in my life. He is kind, encouraging, intuitive and educated. I have actually started looking forward to working out. Haha! I NEVER thought I would ever say that!
