Lori is the best personal trainer and fitness instructor I have ever come across. I have been working out regularly for over 20 years and have never been stronger or more toned then after a year of working out with Lori. Her workouts are fun, challenging, and burn tons of calories! From the very fist time I worked out with Lori, I knew that I had met someone very special. It was my very first spin class and I was immediately hooked. She is by far the best spin instructor I have every had. Her upbeat personality and rapport that she develops with the people in the class make it one of the best hours of my week. She is also a phenomenal TRX/weights instructor. The workouts are never the same and she works all muscle groups. She is motivating without being pushy and her music is best!!

I will be honest, i am not a fitness enthusiast.... i generally dread working out but realize it is an evil necessity. I actually look forward to my workouts with Lori. She makes the workouts fun with her bubbling personality... she makes you feel comfortable immediately. She will points out all the fine details of form during the workout to be sure you are working out effectively and correctly. I feel challenged and motivated by the workouts...and I love the variety offered from workout to workout. Never gets boring.

As I am new to strength training I was nervous about what to expect from a personal trainer. Lori made me feel comfortable right from the start. She was a great judge of my fitness level and pushed me, but not too hard. I can feel myself getting stronger with every session. Her rates are super reasonable and she has been worth every penny!
