I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have been certified as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor ,Yoga Instructor, and I am Licensed to teach Zumba. I am currently working towards an Ace Health Coach Certification. I also coach a youth soccer team. I am constantly pushing myself to gain more knowledge to be the best I can be.     Lori is knowledgeable, supportive, energetic and will inspire you to move forward with your individual goals for fitness! I've done Yoga, Zumba and Personal Training with Lori over the past three years. Her attention to detail in understanding how the body works and proper alignment has helped me immensely with back problems and fat loss. Her advice on what areas to train enabled me to get rid of low back pain that I had dealt with for almost twenty years. Most recently, I complained about belly fat and she advised me to make some subtle changes with my workout routine. I can see & feel improvement already and my energy level has increased which is a major bonus that I was not expecting.

    I am taking Lori's Yoga for Runners and Cyclists class and am finding my
    flexibility is greatly increasing. This should allow me to run longer without
    fear of muscle problems along with smoother gliding while running.
    I have taken Yoga for many years from different instructors and find Lori's
    approach is the best one yet!
    I am also now taking Lori's Sculpt & Stretch class and am finding this class is great for conditioning too!
