As a trainer, I focus on methods that will help clients become more mobile, flexible and stable to prevent injury and promote longevity, while steadily progressing to reach individual fitness goals. I encourage functional training methods, and exercises that utilize resistance, be it weights, elastic bands or body weight. I believe everyone can do their best at whatever level they may be, and that exercise can actually be a very fun and positive experience.
