Lora Edwards

Lora Edwards, M.S.Ed., R.D., L.D., CSSD is an on-site health educator for HealthFitness corporation and a nutrition and fitness consultant. Ms. Edwards is a registered and licensed dietitian and is board certified in sports dietetics by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Lora is a seasoned health club owner having owned two health clubs fof 15 years and has also worked as a fitness director for Lake Austin Spa and Resort in Austin, TX, the number one destination spa in the nation. Lora has also worked as a dietitian for Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri, the home of the B2 Bomber. Lora has been in the corporate fitness world as a fitness specialist as well as the private personal training sector, and hospital dietetics. She specializes in weight management, sports dietetics and food sensitivities as a dietitian. Lora has been quoted in SHAPE magazine, OXYGEN magazine and been featured on the CBS special fitness outtakes.
