My workout programs generally focus on functional strength and fitness, plus balance, coordination, and stability. I like to keep things dynamic by using intervals and hybrid workouts (combinations of resistance and cardio work) to increase both strength and cardiovascular fitness while also developing whole-body awareness and integration.
