    I am an active 57 year old female and have been taking classes with Liz for about a year. I think I am probably in the best shape of my life! I have been a runner for years but I didn't regularly do any other exercise so my upper body and core strength were pretty much non-existent. Workouts with Liz are fun and challenging. Part of the fun is that we constantly change up the exercises...there is no chance to get bored. Liz is very encouraging and often has us doing exercises that we never thought we could do. I am impressed with her knowledge and would highly recommend her!

    I have been taking classes with Liz for 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about her! I am a 53 year old active woman. I have been a runner for 40 years and a skier for even longer. Even with all of my running I have never felt as strong or as fit as I do when I can consistently train with Liz. I have taken both her cardio circuit classes as well as the TRX anld I was impressed with both. Liz knows when to push you to get the best results. She is great at assessing your fitness level then pushing you on to the next. She manages to do this in a comfortable and fun way.
