    Liz is PHENOMENAL! She is extremely knowledgeable and able to break down information into bite size pieces that are easily understood for everyone (beginner to expert ). My favorite thing about Liz is that she modifies exercises to meet your needs. She is aware of each person as an individual, neutral spine changing from day to day, and that we all have unique differences that require us to do exercises differently in order to achieve the maximum benefit. She is a hands on instructor and ques the class so that each student can also identify whether or not we are utilizing the correct muscles. I can not recommend Liz strongly enough. She spends time getting to know each of her clients individually so that she can provide the best program for the individual. I have yet to meet anyone in this field who is as passionate, knowledgeable, and articulate. She truly is the PILATES QUEEN!
