I created the Motiv8d Trainer while working in the fitness industry for 25 years with a variety of populations in commercial, clinical, and community settings. I connect clients to their existing strengths and together we develop the systems that take goals to skills, practices, and action for sustainable results that last.

    My husband and I first started with Lisa over five years ago out of physical and health needs -- we stay with her because of how much better we feel now that those needs are behind us. We are two people in our 70s that keep up with younger people than ourselves thanks to her. Our endurance, balance, and flexibility are all due to Lisa's keen analysis that has developed an effective program for each of us. She is knowledgeable about body mechanicisms and how to achieve individual goals. Lisa gets us ready for all our activities -- travel, outdoor adventure, or just being able to keep up with our active grandchildren.
