    Ivan has a unique approach to personal training. He combines both fitness and core training with lifestyle changes that result in amazing and lasting changes. I have lost 25 pounds and built muscle strength and tone. His indoor cycling classes give me more energy and endurance and has greatly improved by cycling technique. His style is motivating and energetic, making every workout enjoyable.
