I have worked in the fitness industry for the past 36 years and continue to have a passion to help others achieve a more healthful lifestyle. I have owned and operated my own studio, taught a variety of classes such as spin, step, pilates, bootcamps, aerobics, and worked with children to seniors. I draw upon many of my personal experiences as an athlete and personal trainer to help my clients reach their potential. My philosophy as a trainer is to help clients develop consistent motivation to keep exercise a part of their lifestyle. Libby has changed my life. I have more energy in my daily life now due to Libby being my trainer. She has motivated me and given me confidence with working out with her. Libby has taught me so much about nutrition and exercise. I would not be where I am today without Libby. She has encouraged me to be fit in my life. Libby has set goals for me and help me to have success with losing weight through exercising and eating healthy. I have a healthier lifestyle due to her. Libby is an awesome trainer and instructor.

Libby's enthusiam and motivation is awesome. Her group classes and encouragement on a one on one level shows in all the bodies and faces of those who chose to have Libby as an instructor. I would recommend Libby to the Highly trained athlete as well as the beginner. She is very professional and extremely knowledgable about fitness and nutrition. Libby is constatnly looking for and implementing the newest fitness and nutrition developments into her training.

It would be hard to find an instructor better than Libby! I have taken numerous classes from her and she is very knowledgable, energetic, professional and fun. She is encouraging to everyone and pumps fun into each class. I give her 5 stars.
