I have worked in the fitness industry for the past 36 years and continue to have a passion to help others achieve a more healthful lifestyle. I have owned and operated my own studio, taught a variety of classes such as spin, step, pilates, bootcamps, aerobics, and worked with children to seniors. I draw upon many of my personal experiences as an athlete and personal trainer to help my clients reach their potential. My philosophy as a trainer is to help clients develop consistent motivation to keep exercise a part of their lifestyle.
