As a former overweight and out of shape guy (I have since lost over 100 pounds and turned around my life) I care deeply about helping others to achieve similar success. I prefer non-traditional and functional training styles which allow the body to work in unique and varying ways; using bodyweight, kettlebells, suspension training, and free weights creatively to make every day life easier, improve sports performance, and prevent injury.
