bring some cooling gel for your FEET to put on between sessions, bring two water bottles to alternate between water and juice/electrolytes and you can refill w/G Series Fit Gatorade stuff, bring a notebook to write down 3 things in EVERY session you take you want to TAKE AWAY and 3 things you learne...
