I have been a certified personal trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) for 12 years. I teach boot camp and stability ball/bosu and strength training.
I was a paralegal for the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for 15 years. Upon retiring, I did something for me! I decided it was time for a change and I began my journey in the health and fitness field. It is very rewarding.

When I met Laurie I was so out of shape and overweight I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs easily. Laurie is knowledgeable and has a positive fun attitude about getting fit. I love that she mixes exercises up as well....creating a workout that fits me and my needs. I'm now in much better shape and can walk up the 11 flights of stairs at work without trouble!

I was over weight had a bad foot and depressed. I met Laurie and she was wonderful. She always had a fun new workout. Laurie always made sure I was ok and that I was doing the exercises right. I went home with very clear instructions and was free to contact her anytime I had a question. Definitely an A+

I had a workout with Laurie on the TRX body weight suspension system. Wow! As a novice, I quickly learned the basics, then built on my foundation toward more advanced exercises. Laurie made sure that I did everything correctly by giving me helpful cues and demos. Exercising with body weight is fun. Great for the core! Very positive experience.
