    I was not sure about hiring a personal trainer, but after a few months of working with Lauren I`am hooked. I had been radiated (thyroid) and had major muscle weakness. Since starting core and muscle work,I feel stronger and taller and still can stand and work 12 hrs a day. I only see things greatly improving. I`am so grateful to her.

    Lauren has helped me in just a very short time span to tone up and lose inches - over 10 inches in just the first 3 weeks. Being accountable to a trainer helps me stay on track for my goals. Lauren also takes into consideration my unique needs and body restrictions from previous surgeries, injuries, and arthritis. Her attention to my needs is a great bonus to my overall health goals. For me, being 60 years old, slow and steady will help me "win the race."

    Since I have been training with Lauren, I have lost body fat and gained muscle. I look better, and feel better, and I am excited by my progress. I did 80 pushups yesterday! If you had told me before I started that I would have progressed so quickly, there's no way I would have believed you.
    The great thing about Lauren is that she's not the some surly meathead trainer who's like "ok, fatso, get on the treadmill and run 5 miles!" And you're like, "I think I'm dying!" And they're like "Yeah! feel the burn!".
    She helps you progress at a comfortable, healthy rate, and gives you clear information about your progress. She is encouraging, professional, and fun.
    Give her a try. You'll be glad you did.

    Lauren has helped me build muscle, lose fat, and develop a healthier lifestyle. I've kicked my diet soda habit and given up alcohol. It was tough, but totally worth it. I feel great. Lauren develops compound movements and routines that work for my body. She is super affordable, and her knowledge of nutrition is a big plus. She is friendly, professional, and non-judgmental. Highly recommend her!
