    A year ago I was 49 ½ years old, overweight, had little endurance , no regular activity and had never been to a personal trainer, it was time for a change. Laura treated me like an athletic person from day one. She is intuitive to what I respond to and how to motivate me. I was never compared to anyone but myself and my efforts are rewarded with her pride in my progress and every effort I make. After a year of training regularly, every session is right in the zone of barely doable and very challenging. She is a mentor as I change my life. She integrates all areas of health into our sessions, discussing my food challenges (including realistic options), explains technique and the benefits of the workouts. She is invested in my improving health and after a year of working out regularly, I am off blood pressure medicine, have reclaimed responsibility for my health, and am strong in body and spirit. I am in the best health of my life, thank you Laura!
