My name is Rose Soloway and I have been a client of Larry Feldstein for over 20 years. My goals when I began were to become a much more fit person which would help with the back problems I was experiencing, and to lose weight, which would also help my back. When we started I was a true movie, not having done any type of training. As time passed I realized how lucky I was to have found someone with the knowledge that Larry has.

His goal for clients is to help them each their full potential training wise without incurring injury. That's exactly what he did for me. He taught me the proper form, patience and most importantly the need to continue training, with or without him. He has continued to evolve as a trainer by learning new methods which can help his clients as they age.

I stopped working with Larry for a few years and re-started again this past summer. I was having some issues with my back and needed to address them. I'm really happy that I did as he has helped me to resolve these issues and move forward with a more intensive program. I highly recommend him as a trainer with absolutely no reservations.

After working with numerous personal trainers in different parts of the country, I am happy to recommend my current personal trainer, Larry Feldstein. His prescribed regime tailored to my specific needs after a triple bypass surgery. His continuing monitoring of my progress with ongoing adjustments has provided me with the confidence and mobility to maintain my active lifestyle. I have been able to increase mobility and notice a definite improvement in my stamina and overall well being in a fairly short time. Currently the exercise routine is being monitored and evaluated to increase weight loss as we.. Don "BOO" Epstein

Larry and I met in the early 1990s when we both taught in New York City. At that point, I developed an interest in running despite the fact that I had never even jogged for a bus. With Larry's help in planning workouts and his knowledge in conditioning, training and, of course, stretching, I started -- and finished -- races of varying distances from 5Ks to full marathons. As an individual who has now had multiple cervical spinal surgeries, I know that my continued participation in this activity would not be possible without Larry's guidance as a personal trainer.

I had known Larry for a number of years both as a ski instructor and friend. Shortly after back surgery in 2012 a recommendation was made that I would probably benefit from core training and strengthening with Larry. After clearance from my orthopedist I decided to follow up on this recommendation.
I found Larry to be extremely knowledgeable with regard to back surgery and core strengthening. He was patient and took me through what I should be doing in such a way and pace that I would not hurt myself. Larry would share articles and other readings that would bring new information to me about various exercises that I could and should be doing at home to assist with my back and core. Without reservation, I do recommend Larry to people I know who are interested in their physical wellness and want someone knowledgable with respect to physiology of the body and recovery from surgery. Had he not moved to Florida, I would be seeing him regularly for training.

I am 71 years old. I ski over 100 days a year at Snowbird, bike around 1800 miles and swim laps.
I have worked out with weights with Larry's expert supervision for many years. Larry's core, legs, and arm routine has kept me strong and capable to do the sports I love. His workouts are tuned to my abilities and he is careful to insure that I do not get hurt. (One bike trip last fall was to Crater Lake topping out at 7400' elevation) Go Larry!

    Best, Marv
