I have 20 years professional fitness management and group fitness training experience. I strive to bring positive energy and motivation to both my team members and my clients. My two fitness loves are Yoga & Pilates and I have created ZenLates a fitness fusion of both offering a unique training experience to consumers as well as education/instructor training! In addition I designed a children's yoga curriculum entitled Hello Toes! - offering preschool age yoga. I also present for the NAFC with Personal Training and Bender Ball Trainings.

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years now but until about 2 years ago had been attending yoga classes at a different studio. Once I started taking yoga from Lara I realized how much I had been missing. Her love of yoga and endless energy and enthusiasm keep me going through even her toughest workouts. My body and mind have never been stronger and I can not wait until the next class to see what she has in store for us! Thanks Lara!

Lara is beyond awesome!!! I have known Lara for about 15 years and trained with her in many different settings and activities. The depth and bredth of her skill and knowledge is just amazing to me. I am currently practicing pilates and yoga with her. I love showing up for pilates as I know it will be fun and an original workout each time. I never get bored with pilates and yoga with Lara. I have learned so much from Lara especially focus and centering. I feel I am now able to move more efficiently and with less pain because of the breathing techniques I have learned. I live a healthy and happy life with lots of help from Lara.

I have been training with Lara for over three years. Lara is always positive and encouraging. She works hard to make our sessions challenging without overwhelming. She is very knowledgable and professional. Lara is motivated to help all her clients succeed.

I cannot give Lara enough praise. She keeps your body guessing because no two workouts are the same. She has made me want to better myself both physically and mentally since the first day I walked into her pilates studio. She has a way of keeping you so focused on your workout that your mind gets a break from daily stress. I am so grateful that our paths crossed a few years ago. Thank you Lara!!
