Korbi Christenson

I have been passionate about fitness from a young age. My mother had an eating disorder that encouraged me to look for answers and to help her get healthy and stay healthy. It was from this experience that I realized how much I love working with others and encouraging them to reach for things they believe to be unattainable or impossible. I believe that being healthy has different a definition for every person and that how we feel about ourselves needs to be something internal instead of influenced by external factors. I enjoy working with others to find that connection - what is often referred to as the body, mind and soul connection. I believe that when we achieve that balance, then and only then, do we find pure health and wellness.
