Kimberly developed a passion for health and fitness after participating in her first step aerobics class at the age of 15. Her interests in health lead to a degree in Occupational Therapy, and where she has provided therapy to primarily geriatrics, over the past 11 years. A love for the movements in Barre, Kimberly evolved from client to instructor. Recently acquiring an ACE group fitness certification, Kimberly plans to expand her repertoire to other forms of movement, and evolve to personal training. Affirmed through her work in geriatrics, Kimberly believes “A body in motion stays in motion”.

Kim's class is amazing. I have been battling running injuiries for 2 years and after 6 weeks of taking her class, I am finally running with no knee pain! The strengthening and flexibility work is incredible.

You've got to try one of Kim's cardio classes. I tried the Barre Power class she developed herself and I'm hooked!

Kim is a phenomenal instructor! She is extremely knowledgable about the human body, fitness and nutrition. She is always upbeat and gets you excited about her class. She knows how to push you to make you work harder! I have taken her Barre class twice a week and absolutely love it! I can't wait to try some of her other classes. You will not be disappointed!

Kim is an amazing instructor! I've been taking her barre class 2x a week since January and am hooked. She's got a positive upbeat attitude and pushes you to challenge yourself. She's got a wealth of knowledge about fitness which she shares when you have questions. I'm seeing positive changes in my body's problem areas from her workouts. Try her class ; you'll see results and have fun!
