The number one factor for exercise adherence is convenience. I bring the workout to your home. There are no distractions of busy fitness centers and we can put 100 percent focus on your workout!
I believe that fitness isn't just physical. You have to train the whole person. That means listening to what will work within your schedule, what you want to gain by adopting a new lifestyle and how we can get family members to support your journey.
Exercise programs should be individualized. Programs should reflect activities that clients enjoy and want to continue.
My top priority is to bring this type of exercise program to you. I will be your biggest support system but will constantly guide you to become the healthiest person you can be.

    Kim meets you where you are, literally and figuratively! She has a great knack for tailoring a plan that works whatever size or shape you are starting at and she truly cares about your well being..all around well being! I would highly recommend working with Kim.

    Kim is an extremely ethical, well-educated trainer. She adapts both my husband and my fitness plans to our lifestyle, strength needs, health needs and current plans for travel. My health has had some ups and downs in the past year and Kim has successfully adapted my training program to meet the needs at the time and to ensure my regaining strength and flexibility. We look forward to her bi-weekly visits and always feel better after we have worked out with her! Stella and Don Spalt
