Hi, I've been teaching group fitness classes for almost 20 years. I also provide personal training to individuals and small groups (up to 3). My philosophy is all about safe and "effective" exercises. I teach strength, tone, flexibiility as well as high intensity interval classes. My specialty is to work with seniors even with limitations that require mostly seated workouts. My classes have participants up to 93 years old. I provide weight loss/maintenance training as well as fitness and nutrition education.
