I discovered early that weight training for women was the best kept secret for anti-aging, wellness, and health. Although free weights were my first love, I have embraced many other modes of fitness training over the years. My philosophy about any exercise program is the one you will do is the one for you. Find what you enjoy doing, walking/running, biking, weight lifting, whatever, there is so much to choose from. Just get moving, and living life to the fullest. The more you move, the better you feel. I am a mother of 3, and a grandmother. My family is my life, and the gym is my 2nd family. I enjoy the gym life, our clients, the Trainers, and the opportunity to push my physical limits every time I get my workout on. Life is good, and being healthy and fit is just icing on the cake of life.
