He graduated from Concordia University Chicago with a M.S in Applied Exercise Science and a B.S in Exercise Science from Brigham young University. He is a certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine and holds certifications from NASM and the Cooper Institute. Kevin has been in the fitness industry since 2004 and enjoys running, playing basketball and being with his wife and kids.

    After years of being plagued by injuries and back problems, I decided to work with a trainer to help me get back into shape. I have been working out with Kevin for 4 months and have not only been injury free, but I am stronger, healthier and happier. My core is as strong as it has ever been and my back has not bothered me since I started working out with Kevin. He is a true professional and knows what he is doing! He has helped me get stronger and in better shape, all while preventing and healing injuries!

    Kevin Weston worked with me weekly for the last three fall/winter seasons in St. George. I appreciated his focus on my goals of remaining flexible and strong.

    He provided an individualized program that varied with each workout. Before initiating a session, he did a quick assessment, inquiring about any physical issues that might be related to that day's work. If there was an issue, Kevin modified the workout plan.
    If not, the session started on time, continuing at a brisk pace, with manageable, yet challenging exercises.

    I completely trusted Kevin's judgment on both the kind of exercises and the level of challenge. I also appreciated that Kevin always had a plan, that he modeled exercises as needed and helped me focus on form while accomplishing an effective number of repetitions.

    These workouts were invaluable to me. I am stronger, more fit and motivated to stay on track nutritionally as well.

    Before moving to St. George I had been working with a personal trainer for over 12 months with very little success. Then I met Kevin Weston at Anytime Fitness. With Kevin’s positive training style, ‘whole-life fitness’ education including nutrition and how to change my eating and exercise habits for life, ‘gentle’ workout demands, and constant support I was able to start living a healthier, happier lifestyle within months! 9 months later I am in the best shape I have ever been, look fabulous and feel fantastic - And over 19lbs lighter!     We have had Kevin design a fitness program for myself and my wife. We have been greatly impressed with his knowledge of many different exercises, and his ability to convey each exercise and the proper form for each exercise. He sat down with us and found out what we were trying to acheive in our exercise program and did a marvelous job in designing these programs. He is easy to talk to, down to earth and he has a great desire to help us reach our fitness goals. As we progress with our fitness goals, we will continue to work with him on new exercises and programs. We would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who really wants to reach their full potential through fitness.

    I have belonged to Anytime fitness for over a year and have observed Kevin working with different clients. I knew at some point I wanted to have him assess my needs for an exercise program but different health issues kept getting in my way. Finally I was given the medical clearance to increase what I was doing at the gym. He was right on target with what I needed to function better in daily life. The program he designed is challenging but I know I will be able to improve balance, flexibility and strength as I continue to work at the program. When I first joined Anytime he taught me to use the machines and recumbent bike and I continue to do those exercises also.
    I have seen Kevin work with all ages from a preteen boy to women like me, age 68 and he is so personable that it is easy to develop a trust in his knowledge and experience.
