Fitness and healthy living have been a fundamental part of my life for 33 years. For 9 years I trained seriously in the martial arts achieving a red belt in the third degree. I trained for and rode a multi-day unsupported bike ride and continue to ride for better health and fun.

For the past three years I have trained for and ran numerous running races including 9 half-marathons. I consistently place near the top of my age group and in the top 10-25% of all entrants. I have trained other runners and founded a running club for teens.

I am diligent about keeping current with the latest scientific research in fitness.

I am passionate about helping people feel success in their lives and will work hard to make that happen for you.

Kevin has been working with my 97 yr. old father for 4 months. My Dad was hesitant to start working with Kevin, thinking this type of fitness would be best suited for the young and already fit. Much to his amazement, he has become stronger and can walk steadily without a walker. Before working with Kevin, my Dad had started to walk in a stooped position. Now he is able to straighten his back and walk normally. Most notable though is his improved confidence and happiness. He feels less dependent which is invaluable. Not only is Kevin a pleasure to work with, he has a way of encouraging people to be the best they can be.

Thank you for your very kind words. It's a pleasure working with your Dad.

Working with Kevin is a pleasure. He exudes a quiet confidence that is infectious, and is masterful at determining how you are doing at any point during an exercise, and tweaking the workout to maximize your gains. Very professional. Tough but great motivator.

Works with you and your goals. Great suggestions and the many of the exercises are those that you can do at home.I just wish I had signed with him years ago.

If you want to get the best results you have to train with the best!

Three years ago, Kevin became my running coach and personal trainer. He came up with the idea for me to start running. I remember telling him that I wanted a fitness goal to motivate me and he came up with the idea that I should run a half-marathon. He understood that I needed something big to get me going. Since that day he has been with me along every step of my running history.

He worked with me through injury, encouraged me on hard runs and has been an inspiration for me through it all. He kept things fresh and exciting and he knew when to mix the training up, doing something a little different to keep me on my toes. He knows how to keep the right balance between coach and partner.

Kevin had the capability to make me feel confident in my potential to reach my goals and it is probably because he truly believes in me. I am hopefully running my first marathon soon and I would not have been able to reach this point without him. Thank you for all the devotion you put into me.

Chaim (Kevin) does it just right. Not too pushy, not too soft. My health and physical abilities are improving steadily.

    Thank you!!!
