    Kerri is a great trainer! She helps each person she is working with to reach their goals. She creates sessions for her clients that fit not only their needs but their abilities as well. Kerri is very careful to make sure no one gets injured and each person can work to their level. When I have a workout with her I feel challanged and I am getting the results I want.

    Kerri is an awesome trainer! She meets clients where they are at, both from a fitness level and from an attitude. She does a wonderful job of relating to people by figuring out what is important to them. She builds caring relationships with her clients and is willing to go the extra mile to help her clients meet their goals!

    I have had the pleasure of working with Kerri on my personal fitness program for about the last 2-3 years. She is very knowledgeable regarding various fitness program alternatives (weights/cardio/TRX) as well as extremely pleasant to work with. Most importantly, from my standpoint, she has encouraged, cajoled and motivated me to the point where I feel that I am in the best physical condition of my life. I can testify with absolute certainty that I would not be as fit as I feel that I am without her assistance. She is the greatest!!!
