Kenneth Scott first became a certified Personal Trainer in 2001 through the American Council of Exercise. For nearly a decade, Kenneth has trained a variety of clientele such as athletes, special needs clients, elderly clients and stay-at-home moms. Since 2008 he has been a practitioner of Muscle Activation Technique (MAT), offering his clients a unique and therapeutic approach to living pain-free by focusing on muscular and postural balance. A certified Transitions Lifestyle Coach since 2006, Kenneth will work with you to customize your new lifestyle. His approach promotes healthy food choices, fitness and exercise, behavior modification, and stress reduction. First introduced to Chinese internal kung fu and Tai Chi in 2004, Kenneth has since become a practitioner of Wing Chun, Tai Chi, Xingyi, and Pa Kua.
