The last thing I wanted to do was make myself vulnerable to a personal trainer. After years of being laid up from injuries and illnesses, my weight was up and I was in the worst shape of my life. The thought of being weighed, measured and evaluated was enough to make me sick to my stomach, but I needed help.
From the minute I met Kelly, I was completely at ease. Her positive attitude, her compassion and understanding, along with her ability to push her clients beyond their self-imposed limitations, are just a few of the reasons she is amazing.
After a few months of working with her on a regular basis, I lost inches and got stronger. Unfortunately my weight and energy levels were still fluctuating. Kelly helped me overhaul my diet in a way I never thought possible. It wasn’t easy giving up sugar, diet sodas and lots of processed “diet” foods, but she helped me find a way of eating that works for me long term. In addition to losing weight, I now have relief from chronic pain and insomnia, plus more energy than ever. What I love about Kelly is that she isn’t focused on getting me to be the skinniest I can possibly be. Her focus is getting me to be strong, fit and healthy - to work out and eat real food in a way that promotes long term wellness. Her approach is kind and effective, with results that exceed your expectations.

I have worked with different trainers over the last couple of years looking for a good fit. Kelly is the first one I feel keeps me and my goals in mind as she is training me. She pushes me beyond what I think I can do and it feels so good to see results. The workouts vary every time to keep it interesting and because I am 65 she makes core and balance a key element. I feel so much stronger. Thank you Kelly!

I have been training with Bodies by Kelly since October 2011. I have been very impressed with the level of education, professionalism and passion my trainer has for this work. The fact that my trainer practices what she teaches makes her stand out from other trainers I have been exposed to. I am thrilled with the improvement in my fitness level! I am doing things I never would have dreamed of doing! I love setting goals and being trained to accomplish them in a safe and effective manner. I am truly thankful for Bodies by Kelly and look forward to continuing my fitness journey!!
