I have been in the fitness industry for 16 years. I began teaching group fitness classes and then I became a personal trainer. I have had experience in instructing pilates, yoga, circuit classes, step classes, interval training classes, water aerobics, strength training, and hi/lo classes. It is so fun! I currently teach at the local YMCA and I teach two step classes and I teach senior fitness classes. I have been a personal trainer for 12 years. I love what I do. I enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals. No matter how big or small. I think the human body is amazing and I am constantly reading and studying to learn as much as I can about the body and its response to exercise. I think variety is the spice of life so I vary my client's routine often. I want my clients to enjoy their training sessions and look forward to them. It should be fun!!!!
