    Found Kelly though the 28 day vegan challenge. The challenges are fun and the recipes are great. She is positive and loves helping improve health and fitness for people looking for motivation. The meal plans keep me on track and it's easy to prepare for the week. I've been training with Kelly which has been great finding someone who shares similar beliefs in the vegan lifestyle and is able to get me serious about getting in shape.

    Kelly is a wonderful trainer and extremely helpful and pleasant. Although my main goal for training is not weight loss, I was pleased that, within three months of training with her and following her advice on nutrition, I was able to lose about four pounds. I have been seeing Kelly for about ten months now, and I would highly recommend her. She is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Also, she is very willing to accommodate one's physical limitations. I have necrosis of the hips and a tear in my gluteus minimum tendon, and Kelly is very thoughtful in designing exercises that will not cause pain due to those limitations. Her cancellation policies are very reasonable as well.

    For the cost of her services, which varies with the plan the client chooses, she provides extremely great value! The cost of Kelly's services varies with the plan one chooses (small group, once a week, twice a week etc.). Nutritional coaching can be purchased for an additional fee. The cost is not excessive, however, especially considering the beneficial services Kelly provides.

    On the first visit, Kelly provided a very thorough evaluation regarding my overall fitness and nutritional goals and explained her services and various fitness plans and payment options very thoroughly.

    Then, when I came for my first training session, Kelly conducted a very detailed baseline assessment of my weight, other physical data, and my physical capabilities. From that information (which she sent me also), she designed a fitness plan. Included are all the standard areas one would expect with a trainer--strength, resistance, cardiovascular, and stretching exercises.

    I see her twice a week and with each visit she provides a varied number of exercises (and nutritional tips) as I work out. Kelly is a vegan, so she is especially helpful on making tips about adopting a vegan diet, but she in no way is judgmental or pushy in her approach. There is always variety in the types of exercises that I do with her. She also sent me a file with photos of various corrective-stretching exercises that I could do at home in order to help with specific issues I was having. In addition, Kelly sends out a reminder once a week regarding entering and sending her data from my daily food logs. Moreover, once a month she does a fitness evaluation and measures and weighs me, which she also sends me in a PDF file. All in all, Kelly is an excellent trainer!

    I absolutely love Kelly’s group training class! I am a very shy person, and usually self conscious of exercising in public, but I decided to try it out anyway, and immediately fell in love with the group training class in Tempe. All of Kelly's workouts have modified exercises, making it easy for me to slow down when I get too tired or take it easy on the high intensity exercises when my knees are bothering me. The atmosphere is very friendly and motivating, and everyone is at their own fitness level, so there is no embarrassment about having to move to a modified version of the exercise. Kelly also plays upbeat, fun music during the routine that makes exercise fun like dancing. I have already lost 14 pounds in the two months that I have been attending, and I not only feel healthier physically, but I have also noticed a big difference in my level of confidence. I am so glad that I decided to join Kelly's group training class, and I recommend it to anyone of any fitness level! - Clarissa C.

    I would recommend Kelly of Kelly Athletics to anyone looking for a female trainer. Kelly has been helping me on my road to a healthier lifestyle for the past several months. She is a constant support and encouragement in this journey. My strength and endurance have vastly improved. I feel as though I have never done the same exercise twice, Kelly makes each session new and interesting. She is also great at customizing the session to fit your individual needs such as past injuries or medical conditions. I'm so glad to have Kelly as a Personal Trainer. You won't regret scheduling sessions with her!

    "After my freshman year of college, I went home for the summer looking to loose the freshman 15 that I had gained from the year prior. I lost a few pounds over the summer, but returning back to school I wanted to make sure I could continue loosing weight and toning my body. Throughout high school I play on two different soccer teams, where I was constantly active. When I first started training with Kelly, I did not realize how out of shape I really was. I worked with Kelly three days a week, and still continue working with her four days a week now! I have never been so grateful the time and commitment Kelly dedicates to me, and how much she genuinely cares about my health and progress! Every few weeks, Kelly makes me do a fitness test to see my overall progression in weight and in exercise. Throughout the months September to December, I have lost an overall 6 inches in my body! In my first two months of working with Kelly, I also increased my maximum squat rep up to 50 pounds heavier, also improving my overall strength, endurance, and dietary habits!
    After working with Kelly for about a year now, she continuously brings new exercises to each work out, making them entertaining and a challenge. Also after going abroad for three months this summer and returning back a few pounds heavier, Kelly still keeps me positive and impressing me weekly with progression, trying to get me back to the shape I was in last school year. I couldn’t be happier having Kelly has my trainer; she has brought back all of my confidence and has helped me achieve all of my fitness goals.
