I have always had a passion for fitness, which developed into learning more about sensible lifestyle changes, and guiding others toward a healthier way of life. I have experience and practice in all types of exercise and coaching combined with the ability to plan and communicate individualized programs for one-on-one training and small and large groups. From injury prevention and recovery, balance issues, to guidance to losing those pesky final pounds, I strive to motivate and guide people to achieve their fitness goals and cultivate their well-being. My sense of humor and love of laughter help make the workouts and coaching sessions fun.

    I have been a client of Kelly Hawk’s for the last several years. Kelly has gone above and beyond with getting me off the couch and to the gym. She gears my workout out towards my abilities and pushes me to go even further. Kelly has the ability to motivate you so that you enjoy your workout. She has introduced me to several other ways to improve my health including nutritional techniques, spinning and running.
    With her fitness background as well as ability to challenge and encourage clients. You always walk away from her sessions feeling better.
