My name is Keith Bombrys and I am a 27 year old personal trainer. I have been certified through ACE for the past 2 years and have also been a workout enthusiast and habitual exerciser for the past 8 plus years. I am an avid weight lifter, an avid kickboxer, a marathon and distance runner, an avid biker, and a yoga and a meditation enthusiast. Physical and mental balance is key.

My main goal as a personal trainer is to help others discover how fitness can change their lives the way that it has changed mine. Losing over 40 pounds and losing 12% of my body fat over a lifetime has been my main motivation for becoming a personal trainer. I want people to realize that staying in shape is not only a one time ordeal, but it is a lifestyle in which, to be honest, most people need to embrace in their lives.
Even today, I still have goals and milestones I am trying to accomplish with my physical being. Just because the weight comes off doesn't mean that the training ends. Strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, stamina, and muscle tone are just a few of the body's possibilities.
