Kaylin graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, AASDN Nutrition Specialist, Certified in Applied Functional Sciences and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

Her experiences include working at The Lenawee Christian Centre as a Personal Trainer and a Wellness Coach, educating individuals about fitness and nutrition.

Currently, Kaylin is an entrepreneur of Kaylin Russeau Fitness located in the Village of Dundee, Michigan where she provides Personal Training and Nutrition Education Services. She trains with clients and athletes of all abilities trying to make a positive lifestyle change through exercise.

    Kaylin has fulfilled both my motivational and physical improvement needs with enthusiasm and professionalism. I look forward to her visits, if not the workouts. She is very concerned about motivating but not over-straining. I certainly recommend her for anyone who needs support to do the right thing.

    Kaylin has been working with me on strengthening my core, quads and hamstrings to help me recover from some running injuries. Her workout plans are great and are geared toward my personal needs. I have been having less pain and increasing my weekly mileage through following her guidance. I would highly recommend her services to anyone recovering from injury or looking to get in shape!

    Amazing and Dynamic is 2 words that describe Kaylin Russeau. I have been working with Kaylin for several months now and I can't believe how much stronger I have become. Her workouts are challenging but so much fun. I always look forward to our next visit together. My passion is running and after qualifying, I will run Boston in April of 2016. Kaylin is training me for the marathon and I'm very excited to be working with such a positive and energetic trainer! Not only is she my trainer, but she has become my friend. I would refer anyone to her for any level of personal fitness, she is so knowledgeable about nutrition, exercise, and everything in between. I would give this girl 5 STARS any day!!!

    Kaylin's fitness is a great workout, she is constantly changing the routines and adding new and challenging cardio and strength exercises. She is fun and easy to talk to.
