    I have all good things to say about Katie. She puts hard work and positivity into everything she does and provides important helpful information about health, fitness and personal wellness. I have been taking her Les Mills classes since The Spring and have lost 20.2 lbs, which is more than most people loose by hitting the gym. She really cares about her clients and classes and makes working out fun. I recommend her for all of your fitness needs.

    I have started my weight loss journey fully with Kate by taking Les Mills classes. She works with her clients to assure saftey, health and fun while providing important information as well. She really cares about everyone and it's a positive expierence to be coached by her. I have not made as much progress than I ever would going to a gym. I have lost 20.2 lbs in a few months just from going to classes that she instucts! I highly recomend her as a trainer and an instructor if you are just starting out or you have already started your weight loss journey.

    Katie puts so much enthusiasm and positivity into every thing she does. She guides you to be the best you can be, provides detailed and helpful information about nutrition, exercising. She also makes sure every client is safe and happy. I have taken her Les Mills classes and am just thrilled with the progress I have made (20.2 lbs down in 3 & a half months), and will continue to make. I highly recommend her for training and coaching and advice in the realm of the fitness world.

    I've been working with Katie since January. She has assisted me with a new eating plan, and her excellent classes I attend are Body Combat, CX, and her Flo class. Since January I have gone down almost 3 dress sizes and continue to see more and more muscle tone. I highly recommend working with Katie for amazing results. Katie will do everything in her power to help you achieve your fitness goals.
