I'm a Registered Nurse who after working for many years, both in clinical and corporate health care, believed there was something more to life than what I was doing. I had studied Pilates privately and felt tremendously connected with the movements and it's philosophies. It just made sense so, I left my corporate job to pursue it more intensely. While working with a Pilates Master (to obtain my certification) I gravitated towards rehabilitation and injury prevention; and it was with this focus that I later opened my studio. My approach has evolved over the past 12 years. After, consistently seeing the profound connection between mind, body and soul, I now look past the surface of a symptom (a hurt shoulder, an achy back, Parkinson's or someone feeling stuck in life) to what lies beneath. It's become rather intuitive. And now after studying so many bodies, I know how to quickly get the complete picture of what's really happening. Once identified, and with my clients commitment, we balance it. And I know I've done my job when my client feels happy and balanced throughout.
