As a certified personal trainer, advanced health and fitness specialist, performance enhancement specialist and corrective exercise specialist, I help my clients meet their fitness goals and change their lives!

My training philosophy centers on helping my clients truly change their lifestyles so that they can first achieve, then maintain, the results they want. Rather than focusing on a quick fix, I educate my clients and teaches them to incorporate the right exercise into their lives and make healthier food choices.

    Katie will get you in shape for whatever you want to do. At the ripe young age of 63, after a couple of months working with Katie, I was able to get on a horse and ride for hours without the anticipated aches and pains I had experienced in my younger days.
