    I worked out in Katie's Fit and Firm class at the Islands Y for several years. Katie is an incredible leader, who has the ability to inspire one to do better. Her upbeat, personal interaction makes each person feel as if they are the only one in the class. Her exercises cover all muscle groups at a level perfect for the type of class she is leading. One of my favorite characteristics of Katie is that she encourages personal modification of the class cardio bursts. She's a leader who leads by example and a positive attitude. As an example of how I looked forward to Katie's classes, I regularly told my wife, "I'm off to get my Katie pain!" That's the kind of motivation Katie instills! Katie's the best!

    Katie is an outstanding instructor as well as an outanding person in general. She motivates you and she always has a smile on her face. She has a great wealth of knowledge in all aspects of exercising which has has helped me improve my movements. Everyone that has taken classes from Katie has liked her. She has a hugh following. Again, she is outstanding!!!!

    What a motivator! Katie has a true following with classes full every week! She has brought up my cardio skills to a level I never expected. I have taken large group classes and online classes with her. She shows different variations of exercises, which allows us to choose which level we want. Katie has wonderful personality and that shows why she has such a large following. I’m very grateful to have learned different workouts from her.

    Katie is a wonderful fitness instructor. I have participated in group exercise classes, small group exercise and private training with Katie. I value her expertise in fitness, health and nutrition. When I was injured, she designed a program to progress my fitness goals while wearing a boot. She progressed my training as I continued to recuperate and my return to a full exercise routine was seamless. Her classes are varied with many different exercise routines utilized all while maintaining a high level of intensity and calorie burn. She is friendly, upbeat, caring and a great instructor. I can't recommend Katie enough.

    Katie is a true professional. She tailors the training to one's abilities, and works with you if you have any injuries. She is very knowledgeable, and no to mention she is always up beat, and down right fun!!! You will never leave disappointed that you joined her work out.
