    Olga is one of those rare clients who gives 110% of whatever you ask her to do and takes nutritional advice and workouts seriously. Our workouts were never the same, never boring and even the cardio workouts and Zumba she did on her days in between, were rewarding. Though she started w tight hip flexors when I first started w her, Pilates, Yoga stretches helped enable her to do every activity she wanted to without paying the price. I must say to date, Olga is one of my favorite success stories!
