Katie is a great trainer and motivator! I loved meeting with her each week to train. She helped increase my strength and encouraged me to do my best and to stick with it. She always gives up to date nutrition information and great exercises to do based on your lifestyle.

Katie is amazing! She's been my trainer for over a year now and I cannot be happier. She's helped me increase my strength and help me tremendously reach towards my goal. I still continue my sessions to this day and enjoy learning new information about nutrition, exercise and living a healthy life!
