We are so lucky to have Kate at Joy of Pilates. She is such an awesome Instructor and I'm ADDICTED to her Reformer and TRX classes! She is always challenging us and keeps the workouts changing so I'm never bored. Kate is also a super fitness role model and exudes such positive, healthy can-do energy it motivates me to do better. Her nutrition coaching is invaluable to so many of our clients. It is so obvious she really cares about each clients' fitness success. Kate you Rock!

Kate has been my AERIAL instructor for about 1 year (plus some occasional REFORMER). Scared of highs and losing control, AERIAL was of out of my comfort zone to say the least. Over the year I have developed strength and confidence and became an AERIAL enthusiast. Kate possesses the right balance between assisting you and letting you strive. Her lessons are well thought-out, seamless and make good use of your time. I also appreciate that Kate exudes healthy lifestyle in her looks and behavior. Kate is knowledgeable, fun and confidential.

Kate has been my instructor for the Pilates Reformer as well as for Aerial yoga for the past 2 years. She is very observant and knowledgeable of body mechanics and balance. Since I've been working with Kate, my core has become noticeably stronger and more symmetrical. My occupation as a glass sculptor requires me to use my body very physically. I deal with scoliosis and a number of back injuries that have sometimes immobilized me due to pain. I now have little or no pain on an ongoing basis. I am stronger in my work and I've been able to get back to my hobby of gardening which I love to do. I fully recommend Kate Hillman.

Kate has been my personal trainer for over two years, and has helped me exceed my expectations in many ways. She has a way of helping motivate me while remaining positive in her instruction. Kate challenges me to meet and exceed each exercise, and her way of working with me makes me want to excel with each exercise. She carefully watches me with every exercise and movement, and doesn't hesitate in sharing concerns if I am overextending my back or a limb. I've found her to be very knowledgeable in Reformer training, and has been very helpful in providing nutritional guidance and instruction. I've also participated in her Mat Pilates class, and find her leadership to be very constructive. Over the past 2 years, I have lost over 30 pounds and am much more flexible. I highly recommend Kate as a trainer and instructor!!
