    Kat's Eat Clean Train Mean Program has helped me in so many ways. I had struggled most of my life with low blood sugar issues and not knowing which foods to eat when to end the constant hunger cycle. After going through this program I feel fantastic, full of energy and ready to tackle anything! I have learned how to eat so many wonderful, healthy foods and make them part of my lifestyle. Kat has a wonderful way about her & a magic "shrink ray." I lost a total of 34 pounds on the program and plan to stay with it to keep healthy & fit! Kat is very well informed about nutrition as well as fitness and I couldn't be happier with the results!

    After completing Kat’s 5-week Eat Clean Program I feel better informed about the food I eat. As a “sugar addict” - the program has taught me where sugar hides but that I can actually survive without it. It has also forced me to think about what I am going to eat before I eat it and as a result I find I waste a lot less food. In addition to education, if you have the discipline to follow the program she has tailored for you, you will see results that will make you look & feel better. I reached my goal weight but now realize I could be even more trim. Kat’s hands-on supportive approach is worth the investment at becoming a healthier version of yourself.

    I first worked with Kat about 8 years ago, and have always loved training under her guidance and instruction. Her bubbly personality is infectious and her knowledge of fitness and nutrition is top notch. She has helped me reach goals by challenging me with programs designed specifically for me. Recently, I enlisted Kat's help to drop 5-10 pounds. After losing 13 pounds, I'm much leaner and stronger than I have ever been. I don't live near Kat, but I have still had this much success without training with her in person. I've always felt like she is 100% committed to helping me succeed in my goals. She regularly offers encouragement and tips for me to get even more out of my program.

    Kat changed my life. I had been working out and lost weight after having my baby. However, my body just wasn't where I wanted it to be, and I couldn't figure out how to get it there. I had become stagnant.

    I began working with Kat on a workout and nutrition program. Admittedly, the nutrition part was the toughest for me. By week three, I had adjusted to eating more nutritionally and actually enjoyed it! I loved doing strength training and felt very powerful! By month three, my tight jeans were falling down and I had to cinch them with a belt. I saw my curved waist for the first time in years!!

    Months have passed now, and I continue to follow the program she developed for me. I am absolutely motivated. I love my workouts, eat healthy and feel great about myself. Kat is a genius.

    I've been working out for years, but limited my training to consistent cardio with intermittent, infrequent bursts of weight training. As I hit the ugly age of 40 and could no longer keep the weight off, even with the 5 day a week cardio regime, I decided I would take advantage of a deal my fitness club was offering with personal trainers. That is where I was introduced to Kat Jeffrey. Kat set me up with a nutrition program and some individualized weight/cardio routines. I immediately began to see changes in my body, consisting of fat loss and muscle tone. I was so excited that I set up more sessions and continued to see significant results. Kat really demonstrated her knowledge and understanding of fitness, resulting in my benefits! Without her individualized programs and her constant support, my failure would have continued.
