I'm Karlton Meadows, MS or Fitz Karlton. I have a rich background and 30+ years of experience in the fitness industry. On 3 March 2016, I became America’s 1st and only 45 year old veteran to make a collegiate track debut as a walk-on at University of Tampa. As an educated and experienced professional I still practices what I teach.

As one of America’s Top Fitness Professionals he has received a letter from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, endorsements from the Department of the Navy and United States Special Operations Command. Karlton was consistently sought for his professional acumen and was invited as a delegate on three international People to People Citizen Ambassador Programs: Sports Medicine Delegation to China in 2009, Sports Medicine Delegation to India in 2010 and Exercise is Medicine Delegation to Russia in 2011.

Fitz Karlton is the Founder of Majestic Balance 4 Fitness and served as Chief Fitness Engineer. His innovative approach capitalizes on the attributes and advantages of a highly adaptive yet portable $45 Million training interface to provide an unrivaled fitness experience to clients virtually wherever they are in the world.

    I have the pleasure of taking a corporate TRX class with Karlton every Monday. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever worked with. He makes the workouts fun, even though it can be intense. During our sessions Karlton will fill in the time with extra knowledge on how what we do helps the body in other ways.

    My workout with Fitz was unlike anything I have done before. The amount of focus and precision on every movement and muscle we worked was extremely impressive. Karlton is an expert in this field and knows exactly what he’s talking about.

    I felt the burn in ways I’ve never experience before, in a good way! The way his workouts allow you to target your entire body in under 1 hour is amazing. I would recomm nd trying Fitz to anyone. It’s worth it!

    Not only is he an expert, but he’s personable and makes the workouts fun. You’ll feel motivated and ready to kill your workout in all the right ways.

    I think they broke the mold when they made Karlton. Not only is he fun, funny and very personable, he is an amazing instructor. Karlton is my TRX instructor. He has shown me moves that no other instructor has every done. It is obvious that he is an expert on the human body and he has the stories and examples to back that up. With his instruction I know that I am becoming the strongest and most resilient person I can be. I am thankful and grateful to have him as my instructor!

    Karlton is an amazing trainer. He’s extremely knowledgeable and kind, yet encouraging and motivating. I have a lot of joint problems and he was able to adapt the training to meet my needs. Highly recommended.

    I’ve tried many fitness regiments and can say that hands down Karlton was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he makes the entire workout fun. He made me feel confident about my abilities, and I can now say I'm actually looking forward to working out! :) In less than 1 hour I felt like I truly got a full body workout.

    Having someone as knowledgable and kind as him makes working out approachable. I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience!
