Karianne Clark

I am a certified group fitness instructor, currently completing a degree in Fitness Training. I have a passion for people and fitness and strive to help others meet the goals that they have set for themselves. I plan to form a partnership with my clients and not just be seen as their Fitness Trainer, but seen as a resource to them. Whether they are looking for knowledge, accountability, a personal trainer or a workout partner. My focus will be on functional, cross training programs. I plan to offer training for all people, with any fitness ability and background. To be versatile and begin training where the person is the day they walk in to meet me. I believe fitness starts as a child and I plan to incorporate a program for children to help them maintain their health and encourage them to carry that on through their lifetime.
