As a woman entering mid life and dealing with all the changes it brings, I specialize in the health and wellness of women entering their 50's and beyond. I offer Health Coaching and Personal Training for this particular gender and age group in an effort to help deal with the challenges they face, such as weight gain, menopause, osteoporosis, arthritis and hormonal changes.     I love working with Karen. She is knowledgeable and wants only the best for you. Her classes are tough when you need then to be. She also shows you how to modify when your body needs it. I highly recommend Karen.
