I enjoy helping adults stay as active as possible as they approach and reach their senior years. My coaching and training centers on maintaining independence and functionality for daily activities, including sports and recreation.
My experience has led me to focus on spine/back care, strength & mobility, balance & core, as well as pre-and post rehab exercises for joint surgery and replacement. I have over 40 years of experience working with a variety of ages and fitness levels.
