I was bullied in highschool. I found that working out made me feel strong and invincible. When I got to college, fitness became a necessity for my career. It was no longer a love but something I had to do. I was a professional musical theatre performer for many years dancing and singing in tiny costumes and 4-inch heels. Trying to stay in shape while working in major musicals across continents and finally, fulling my dream, on Broadway. With this dream came many rocky roads and brought out a lot of demons.I wanted a change.Started working at studios in NYC and building my clientele. My love of fitness returned and I realized I love the focus of a workout, for however long it lasts. It’s a very simple way to bring my mind into one place. Helping my clients find this in themselves, a new confidence and joy is one of the greatest feelings in the world. Helping them find not only their best fitness self but to find a love for fitness itself.
