Working with clients to improve all facets of health & wellness; fitness, nutrition, body composition, cardiovascular & muscle improvements, weight loss, spiritual well being, stress reduction, and more by applying appropriate clinical guidelines (ACSM, ACE or NSCA) prior to and throughout training. Baseline assessment includes weight; body fat percentage and mass, total body water levels, fat free mass percents and volume, impedance, BMI, muscle and aerobic strength and if possible nutrition 5 day diary.
