I am a Fitness and Nutrition enthusiast, as I should be being in this industry. I originally worked for 10+ hours a day at a desk and finally realized it was draining the life out of me. Therefore, I returned to my passion of coaching volleyball and also decided to further my education. I now have A.A Degrees in Fitness, Nutrition, & Health, and in Kinesiology, a BA in Communications & Sport Management, my Master's Degree in Coaching & Athletic Administration, and finishing my second Master's Degree in Kinesiology with and emphasis in Physical Education.
While finishing my degrees I also hold the position as the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at the Santa Rosa Junior College, which is one of the top schools in the Nation both academically and athletically. I teach volleyball and fitness classes at the college, and the population I work with ranges from beginning to advanced levels of fitness or volleyball skill. I also train large groups of athletes from local high schools including volleyball and baseball programs; I may get too much joy out of doing so!
I love being active and coming up with new exercises/workouts for my athletes as well as for the general population; I always get my best ideas when I work out!
