I was home schooled as a child until I graduated, but this never hindered my passion for sports and exercise. I had been involved in sports leagues throughout my adolescence which ultimately led to my love for fitness and conditioning. I personally believe that any fitness goal can be accomplished through determination in maintaining a healthy diet along with a consistent exercise program.     I have been working out with Kai for just under 5 months and I cannot say enough about my experience with him. With his guidance and encouragement I have shed 60 lbs in those 5 months and at 49 years old I am in the best shape I've been in for many years now. My life has been transformed for the better and I owe him a huge debt of gratitude. Kai is a wealth of knowledge about strength training, cardio, nutrition,..... you name it - he's right on point with tips and techniques to keep you successful in meeting your fitness goals. He provides just the right amount of encouragement with just the right style to keep me motivated. He expects hard work and pushes you to excel past your limitations but in a way that is not at all " drill instructor " style ......although I'm sure he could do that too if that's what it takes. He works collaboratively with me to set goals that are achievable but also pushes me to new levels in achieving them. The workouts he designs for me are always challenging yet he is also always ready with an exercise modification when my knees don't want to cooperate. I never fail to be impressed with the sheer number of creative ways he can come up with to get the blood pumping and the sweat flowing!! He really is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve your health and fitness.

    Great trainer! He puts the personal in training, and under his guidance I've dropped 8lbs in just six weeks. Sessions always start on time, and he manages to work with me in designing a healthy diet and cardio program for when I leave the gym. Five stars!

    I have been training with Kai for about 6 months now. He is a dedicated professional a extremely gifted at his craft. I view him more as a fitness lifestyle coach rather than a personal trainer. Kai is a wealth of knowledge on the nutrition front. He sends me fitness and nutrition articles on a weekly basis for discussion during our sessions-helps with the cardio! We set and meet weekly and monthly fitness and nutrition goals. NO EXCUSES!!! Bottom line is....he is what you need him to be. I am a 53 year old female and frankly, I am in the best shape of my life...thanks to Kai. He is kind and considerate, but firm as well. If you struggle with an exercise, he will provide you with a modification, until you can master the single exercise or the circuit.

    His workouts are tailored to the clients specific needs and goals. You can expect strength, balance, cardio, flexibilty.....its all there.
